Excellent hotel with a great location on the beach and very close to many bars and restaurants. Hotel had great facilities with room service and housekeeping daily. Really would recommend a stay there.

the staff were fabulous all very friendly and helpful. the position couldn't be better on the beach short hop from the airport and close to bars restaurants and shops. a quiet relaxed place best for families. after hearing it was mine and my daughters birthday they gave us a better room on arrival and champagne and sweets were left in the room a lovely much appreciated touch ;)
Top Tip: the Auld Triangle and Saporo's Japanese restaurant

Every member of staff is well trained....and enjoy what they are doing. All areas, including rooms, are kept to a high standard. We just had breakfast, which was good, but very busy, because this is a large hotel. To get around the hotel there are some steep paths, some to rooms, which could be a problem.
Top Tip: Within a very short distance there is a good Cocktail Bar, a good Chinese restaurant, and a good Italian Restaurant. We like Puerto del Carmen Old Town and Harbour. Worth a visit either by bus or taxi.

Fairly good hotel. We stayed self catering, kitchen full of what you need. Reception staff weren't very helpful and kept us waiting for a long time on several occasions as multiple members of staff assisted one customer. Paid to use the buffet for breakfast one morning- hot breakfast was quite cold. Pool area nice but pool was too cold to use especially during winter months- heated pool was still cold. Right next to the beach. And 3 minute walk to an area with restaurants and a supermarket. No cash point at hotel and cash point at shops not working while we were there. Rooms tidied daily by maid and good size. Dunked was blocked during stay and bathroom had to be replaced but light fixed immediately.
Top Tip: Make sure you get a taxi from the hotel to the new town and old town. Taxis 5 euros to new town, 6 euros to old town and 12 to the airport. Beautiful restaurants by the harbour. Definitely recommend!
