The hotel was fine although the room we were allocated had no view, but it was clean with room cleaned every day.The evening meal choice was poor and although there was always something to eat it got a bit repetitive. The breakfast was very good.Pool area although small was ok,and the bar service was ok.
The location of this Hotel is perfect, close to beach, bus routes, restaurants and bars. Reception is very good with very friendly helpful staff. Yes i would use this Hotel again.
Top Tip: Cafe bar Troyen,is a nice little bar near the market square, nice Spanish style cafe bar with great service friendly waiters and lovely tapas

Whala Balmes is a very clean hotel, inside and out.
We had a good choice of foods at meal times. Furthermore, other foreign foods were introduced during "theme nights" (for instance, Japanese food) which made mealtimes more interesting.
90% of the staff, including the cleaners were friendly and genuinely made an effort in order to please a guest.
My only grievance was that the balcony light (above the door) did not work. I sometimes enjoy a read of a magazine before going to bed at night. I wanted to sit outside, on the balcony to read on a couple of occasions, as the temperatures were so warm, however, the light was not switched on.
Top Tip: This hotel was close to a good choice of bars and restaurants.
Additionally, it was close to the airport which meant a very short transfer time.

This was our second visit to this hotel in as many years, it's perfect for families with young and old alike. It is very clean and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our holiday was on an all inclusive basis which we find best suited to our needs with three teenage children, the breakfast is superb and the other meals we found above average there's always something to satisfy all tastes. The bar staff are great and very friendly to adults and children alike. There sadly isn't any evening entertainment but it is so well placed that it isn't really a problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable our only complaint with our entire experience was the inefficiency of the air conditioner in both the rooms we had.
Top Tip: We found that most restaurants and bars where good value but our favourite was the FLIP FLOP BAR on the beach front about a hundred meters from the hotel.

It was very nice, clean hotel with international guests, friendly reception. Close to the beach, but on a very quite street of bellamar, which was very good. Nice cuisine, clean rooms, not very big but nice pool. We liked this holiday very much. Thanks
