The hotel was closing for end of season 2 days after we left, however we were not aware of this. This meant 3 pool bars were closed, 2 restuarants were closed during our stay. One night they could not even offer a cup of tea as they had no teabags, however when Spanish guests arrived for Halloween the whole resort was decorated, and drinks were plentiful. However, staff were helpful and accomodating even though they were leaving during our staff. At the end there were only 2 to 3 bar staff available. Day time activities were not available so we made our own entertainment.

Hotel not suitable as not providing activities they listed - during day time and evenings were just kids disco or bingo.
Top Tip: Beach to the left of the hotel was amazing - snorkelling good

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at this hotel. New splash pool complete with pirate ship and slides was fantastic and kids loved it. At this hotel all inclusive really means all inclusive!! Really child friendly! Rooms could do with being better as children were expected to sleep on pull out sofa beds which was rather difficult in a small amount of space. Ants in bathroom which you don't expect when it's 4 star however all in all great hotel. Steep climb to beach which would put off elderly people and not particularly push chair friendly.

The hotel couldn't be faulted, From rooms, house keeping, restaurants, pool area and bars etc. were all very well looked after and staff friendly and helpfull. All though the usual scramble at meal times was to be expected, the food was superb and plenty full. The beaches were postcard scenes, blue clear waters and golden sandy coves. But the pathway down was rocky and steep in places. I stayed here with my partner and her father, who sometimes has trouble walking, did not attempt the journey, The hotel also has a number of steps to different levels to consider if less mobile. There is a bus and road train stop at the end of the drive into town, but locally shops, bars and restaurants were limited

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms were very clean, food was varied and most evenings we were spoiled for choice. The staff were very plesant and always had a friendly greeting. We arrived well before the check in time of 14.00 but we were immediately given our all inclusive wristbands and invited to have something to eat or drink while we waited for the rooms.

One small niggle is the amount of umbrellas by the pool, they are very large and we often found ourselves sat in the shade of an umbrella from 3 or 4 sunbeds away.
Top Tip: Be careful with the 'slush' drinks, especially if you are with children, they serve alcoholic and non alcoholic ones but this is not displayed and you are not informed if one contains alcohol unless you ask.
