Had a great time at this Hotel, 4 apartment blocks with 4 pools, everywhere spotless the staff are so friendly and the food was amazing should have been 4 star. Loads of sunbeds great pool area, snacks on the go all day and help yourself to the drinks. Night entertainment was very good, No que at evening bar , the bar staff where brill. A good mix of Germans French Polish and Brits everyone was just looking to have a good time. There`s 2 beaches to go to a very small one first, look for a small pathway not far from the hotel and this will take you on the coastel walk which is amazing, you will come to some steps which will take you down to the first beach (very steep) don`t go down there, carry on walking for another 20 min to the best beach, well worth the walk. Went out a few times at night for a drink, plenty of bars to go to, again about 15 min walk. Book the speedy shuttle for transfers it takes about 50 minutes, the bus takes 2 hours or more. One of my best holidays for the price.
Top Tip: Higher the floor the better.

Had a great week ,entertainment/animation was good for all ages especially if you join in, Food was good but not always hot { Tip - dont dine as soon as doors open as food has been cooked earlier for display } Bar staff hard working and very polite/efficant . 2nd visit and will return in the future.
Top Tip: A trip down the road to D"alfil pub is well worth a night out for the food and entertainment.

My daughter and I had a fab time at this hotel, we stayed for 9 nights all inclusive (1st Sept - 10 Sept) . I did request a low level room due to mobility problems, but sadly I didn't get one. We were in Formentera block and there was a lift to make things a little easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of food, catering for lots of nationalities in the restaurant, but a little repetitive. The snack bar by the pool had beer, lemonade, pepsi, water, orange and lemon plus a coffee machine and slush machines all for self service (happy days), the food in the snack bar was basic, but more than enough for a snack during the day, we only made it into the restaurant for lunch on one occasion. The animation team worked hard, I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the mornings. My daughter only went in the kids club for one afternoon, but enjoyed herself. The bar staff work very hard, which I think lots of people appreciated as the bell rang lots when they were tipped. There were 3 massage chairs in the reception area, all of which I used daily as the beds were a little on the firm side, but after a couple of nights you get used to them. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen, there were ample size but did lack a chest of drawers to put clothes in, the air conditioning was welcoming after the heat of the day. We only left the complex on 2 occasions down to the shops to buy gifts and play in the childrens area as there was plenty to do onsite. The evening entertainment I felt was mainly aimed at the german residents, but thankfully I'd made friends with a fab english couple and their child, so the evenings were far better than they would of been if I'd of had to endure the shows alone. There are 3 pools and a childrens shallow pool, the main pool by the snack bar being the largest and having 3 water slides and lifeguards. The gardens are beautifully established and well kept. Having holidayed on the Isle of Majorca at lot over the last 20 years, I would recommend this hotel, it is safe for families, clean and reasonably priced, but if going as a single person and child, take a pack of cards or make friends with others of the same nationality. Also of an evening by the small pool by the bar they have stalls selling bags, engraving, jewellery etc.. and they have water waking balls on the small pool. They did have mini disco for the kids, but sadly not like the mini disco you get at other hotels and no bingo !!!! There wasn't any free wi fi, but wi fi could be provided at a surcharge of 6 euros a day, but there were also public computers and a printer if you need to check in online for your return journey whilst there. Overall I was very pleased with our stay here, there was plenty to do and many sporting activities for the more energetic person.
Top Tip: Nice little childrens play area down in the village with go carts, motorbikes etc.. and on the other side of the shops there are bungee trampolines.
