It is a budget hotel, but everything was clean . Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic , but good size . It is good value for the money and is popular as it was busy in middle of Oct.
If you are just looking for a place to sleep and maybe a drink before or after dinner, its perfect and cheap.
“ Top Tip: Take your own kettle , as you have to rent one from them.

“ we stayed 10 days at this hotel. a little bit out of the way, but me and partner do not mind walking.lots of germans, then about same amount of english, polish, french, spanish, which we had no problem with any. check in we had to wait untill 2pm and as we got an early flight had to wait around. when we got up to our room it looked clean, bedding, towels toilet roll. but what was hidding in the bed,i will tell you later. anyway back to the room, plenty of storage space, hair dryer worked. comfy enough beds, balcony with 2 chairs,no table. meals-dinning room clean, breakfast was your normal continental, dinner was normally a fish dish or a meat dish serve with salad or veg and pots, chips etc.,pudding melon, jelly etc, eat as much as you like. as not forgetting soup and rolls. staff were on hand to fill up and clear tables. after about acouple of days i got bitten more and more all over from head to toes i had to cover up. went doctors, had injection, tablets etc,. he said possible bedbugs. give us info to look out for. yes my bed was full with the little bugs. informed reception someone came as we had samples. gave us different beds no apology was given. thank goodness we were due to go home the next day, as i was quite ill, covered with bedbug bites and a doctors bill.
“ Top Tip: a quiet pub around the corner called zoo, you can sit inside or out. it you just want to chill

“ Pretty well-presented for a two-star hotel. Spacious reception/lobby area with a lively bar (complete with pool terrace) and pool table; tidy pool area, which is not in the constant shadow of other buildings due to the hotel's location right on the outskirts of the resort of Arenal. Sunbathing space a little limited around the pool but not a real issue. A few well-planted trees further the impression of being out-of-the-way of the hustle and bustle, yet the resort centre is little over a ten-minute stroll away. The beach is just a touch further. Rooms are fairly small and not particularly well equipped, but clean and the bathroom has everything you'll need/expect. For anyone with a hire car there's plenty of space to park around the property and it's quite easy to find, being not too far away from junction 15 of the Ma-19.
