A very clean hotel with superb views if you have a room on a higher floor. We began in room 604 which was on the sixth floor, but after 4/5 days the floor tiling split all the way across the room and lifted several of the tiles, we reported this to the receptionist who said the manager would come to the room in 15 minutes. An hour later, my husband went back to the reception where the manager was and told him the situation, he said this was not unusual and would we pack and he would send the receptionist up with a key to another room. We packed and waited, and waited. My husband went back to the reception again where the receptionist said, "Oh, your in room 110." We lugged our cases to room 110, which, being on the first floor, didn't have the same view and was considerably smaller. After unpacking we went down for dinner and the receptionist asked if everything was OK now, I replied that the room was much smaller and the view was inferior, she answered, well that's the only room we've got. We know this was untrue as the hotel was more than half empty! At no time did we receive an apology. We decided to make the best of the few days we had left.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. The rooms were cleaned 6 out of 7 days. The beds were really comfortable - in fact they were the best mattresses we have slept on in a European hotel. Some things made the rooms look a little bit tired, the radiators needed painted, the cupboard doors secured tighter but all in all they were very good and worth the 3 stars. Being the end if the season the entertainment was slowing down with only 2 animation team but they were friendly and fun. The meals were all right, could have been a bit hotter but still perfectly edible, unless you were looking for 5 star you wouldn't strave. The location is perfect, across the road from the sea and a sandy beach just a short stroll away. I would definitely go back.
Top Tip: The market in Cala Millor on a Monday is quite good, in fact Cala Millor is better for buying presents to take home, it is definitely cheaper than Sa Coma. The little train that links Cala Millor and Sa Coma is good value, 4 EU for a return journey (half an hour each way).

Visited this hotel in October 2014. The hotel was everything you could ask for, friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, really clean rooms and in main hotel areas, food was always fresh with a lot to choose from. The entertainment was excellent always had somthing for the children all day everyday. With evening entertainment for everyone too. The hotel was a stones throw away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Really good value for money and we will be visiting this hotel again next summer.

The Location of this is fantastic, right on the front with sea views from every room, perfect to wake up to in a morning and look out to sea, it was gorgeous! it has plenty of bars and reteraunts in easy walking distance but they are not close enough to be annoying and it has a Spar right oposite for any essentials you need. The beach right outside is a little rocky but has a buitifull sandy white beach only 2 minute walk down the prom. We read some reviews on trip advisor before we went and the comments on the food in this hotel were, lets say, not exactly complimentary. We took this in to consideration before booking, and thought, for what we paid if the food is not good we will eat out. After staying for 1 week in October if you can not eat in this hotel you are really picky, the food is fine, it is not fantastic but you will not go hungry, the range of choices were not the best in comparison to other Spanish hotels, but like I say it was fine, ranging from good to very good on some days. The rooms are clean but basic and if our room was trypical the beds were very very comfy ensuring a good nights sleep, we had an apartment so had loads of room, some people we met there had a studio, these are much smaller but more than adequate for 2 people. The staff were amongst the freinliest happiest staff in any hotel I have stayed at, they always had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble. If I have any negative comments it would be the evening entertainment was not great, although the guys worked hard they did not light my fire. I would have no hesitation at going back, thankyou for helping to make this a great holiday!!
Top Tip: The sun terrace around the pool looses the sun mid afternoon, use the sun terrace on the roof it only has about 16 sun beds but we found most of the time there were only me and the Mrs up there, it was gorgeous, take a thermos drinks cup with you fill it up before you go up though as it is 7 floors to the bar.
