Rooms were very basic with hard beds so had to upgrade. No beach towels so again had to upgrade. Even though paid more for upgrade had to wait 2 hours for towels and 5 hours for the kettle. Towels eere shabby and thin in the room. Food was poor and restaurant very poorly run not enough staff to clear tables so had to clear them your selves. Quality of food very poor in respect of meals and ice cream and afternoon tea offerings were just biscuits put out with flies able to make contact. Staff very poor in conversing and communicating.
Top Tip: Lovely resort in general.

Sunbeds too close together. I could have touched the stranger next to me. I found it very disconcerting having someone so close to me that I used the beach rather than the pool.

The hotel also charges €3 a day to rent a fridge which I felt was totally unreasonable. This is the first hotel that I have ever had to pay for the use of a fridge!

If you are hoping for free Wi-Fi, forget it, unless your willing to pay €6 a day.

Rooms & public areas of the hotel were clean and well looked after. However, I will not use this hotel again.
Top Tip: El Ceibo's for the best steak's ever.

Refurbed parts of the Hotel are nice. The old rooms could certainly do with an upgrade. Location is great for the beach, restaurants and shops. I only had breakfast in the restaurant but there was a large selection and of a good standard.

I however wouldn't be in a rush back to Santa Ponsa as i found it to be small. There is more to do/see in Alcudia and Palma Nova

We didn't like the room so much when we landed, but were changed promptly to a much better room.
The first night the dinner was avergae but the food improve the following day and, after that, was perfectly good for the price.
