“ First class hotel with great facilities and close to beach and bars etc. Clean and well run , bar and restaurant service is good. Only problem was cold pool.
“ Top Tip: Local bike hire from a nearby hotel is first class - great range of bikes and advice. Lots of cycle paths to nearby resorts of Magaluf etc. Get out and explore!

“ The staff make this hotel . Friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best we have had at a holiday hotel. Situated in a prime position for the beach shops and bars. Will be returning next year. Weather for late October was great. Only downside would be that an indoor pool was advertised but was closed down when we arrived. The main reason for booking this hotel was if the weather wasnt good we could still swim in the indoor pool. I think this fact should have been pointed out to the agents before accepting the reservation. As it was we managed to swim in the outside pool so no problem.
“ Top Tip: Good boat trip from Santa Ponsa for 2 hrs around the bays to Camp de Mar and back

We chose this hotel as it was run by the same company as the Hotel Marina Corfu in Cala D'or which we had stayed at last October but being in Santa Ponsa involved a much shorter transfer time.
Arriving quite late, we did find the hotel quiet with few guests around. However, our check in was dealt with effieciently and we were informed that a cold meal had been left for us as we had arrived too late for dinner.
We were given 2 adjacent rooms close to the lift as we had requested so that our Mum didn't have too much walking to do. The rooms were typically Spanish style with plenty of wardrobe space and very clean.
The entertainment team - Max & Tom worked very hard throughout our stay with those guests who chose to join in the poolside games during the day and the quizzes, bingo and visiting artists in the evening. The weather was excellent for the time of year but unfortunately, the water in the pool was too cold to swim and the indoor pool was not open at this time of year - this was a disappointment.
The all inclusive package was well worth the money we paid and there was a good variety of meals and snacks available throughout the day. However, we did feel that having to pay over inflated bar prices for ALL drinks after 3pm on the final day of our holiday was a little unfair - especially as we had arrived so late on the day of arrival. This did not happen the previous year at the Corfu. Surely for the sake of the good will of the customers, this rule could be relaxed a little.
All in all a well run, comfortable and friendly hotel in a lovely resort.
