The food wasn't great, coupled with the fact that it was always cold too, didn't help. As a Brit, we felt very alienated, as all the music and entertainment was geared up the the Spanish, so much so, we felt we had to go out every evening. On a plus point, the rooms were nice and kept very clean.

oasis park is a very basic 3 star hotel, our room(256) 2nd floor on arrival it had a broken shower no double bed but three singles with two pushed together which normally doesn't matter but one was approx. one inch lower than the other and two out of the three were concaved which made you roll into the middle which when reported to reception there answer was to hammer two planks of wood to the bed which then gave me a bad back all week. the pool area was kept clean including the pool but the large trees restricted the sun at different times of the day which meant for the sun worshipers you only got a few hours per day so we went to the beach most days but as all inclusive meant you miss out on free drinks and food during the day, the restaurant was poorly designed in terms of layout it took approx. 15 minutes per meal time to get every thing you needed to eat unfortunately the standard of the food was very poor to the point we had to eat out most of the time, at breakfast there was never any tea bags out you had to ask the guy on the door who look at you in anger as you've made him get some out of the draw under the till, the people in the hotel were mainly pensioners 80% Spanish 10% German 8%Russian 2% British which meant all evening entertainment was Spanish being all inclusive you had to stand under the all inclusive board above the bar if you cue up anywhere else at the bar they make you move under the board if there was some one already there you had to cue behind them when you do get served its in plastic glasses non all inclusive get glass and served first because of all this my wife and I will never go to this hotel or any other best hotels ever again even if I was offered two peak weeks free we couldn't to get home the only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location but you run the gauntlet every time you leave the hotel from guys outside all bars and restaurants telling you why you need to come inside, going all inclusive here means you will feel like a 2nd class citizen.

Good hotel, in a great location.
Top Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the pool, as there is no noise from the street in front of the hotel.

Very efficient check-in, very pleasant. Room not available for more than two hours, but when we entered, the pool view we requested, was not offered. A trip to the reception, instantly arranged for the pool view room. The food was reasonable good, plentiful and the service was very good. The Bar service was good, but there were constant arguments from most customers, with the Bar Staff, due to the management limiting one drink per customer, incurring numerous trips for the family and friends.

Perhaps a Credit Type card, to justify the drinks going to 'inclusive customers'. There should be an assessment of their evening entertainment programme, with some small improvements. The cleanliness was very good throughout. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
