The hotel was very relaxed & the staff helpful & welcoming. The food was self service, not a vast choice but very good. The bar was self service & constantly refilled for anyone all inclusive. The rooms were very spacious modern & clean. Overall we thought that the hotel was excellent with spectacular views from all rooms & the terrace area. It is built into a mountain so is a hilly walk back from the beach. Taxis are cheap enough to get around or a free bus service is available booked through reception.
Top Tip: Siam Park is an excellent day out with great water slides. Caletta & Fanabey beaches are worth visiting. Los Christianos & Las Americas are also worth a visit

Spacious and clean apartments - we stayed in a three bed for 6 of us. The balcony was small.

No cleaning was done and had to ask for clean towels.

Wonderful views and shuttle bus to Las Americas handy.

Would not recommend as our apartment was robbed by the "cleaner" (towel drop off person) and the hotel didn't want to know.

Extremely unacceptable.

Lovely Hotel Kept Clean and well looked after, Magnificent views over the city, Stayed before The staff were kept very busy which left little time for the smaller things very little interaction with guest which let the Hotel Down a bit as the seam to have cut back the staffing levels.
Top Tip: Hire a car Ample parking at hotel.

This is a lovely place but do your homework before booking. The hotel is up a very steep hill. The main centre can be reached by walking if fit and able bodied. We both are so walked every day and evening takes about 15 mins to be at the beach/town. For return journey we used taxi costing about 5 euros or the courtesy bus that leaves the sister hotel at intervals during the day and evening. Fantastic views from apartment due to how high up the hotel is. Apartment very modern and spotless. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We were only self catering so cannot comment on food. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. There is no entertainment in the evening. On site well stocked mini market. Was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was as the reviews on Trip Advisor were not favourable. If you want peace and quiet this is perfect.
Top Tip: Loads of places to eat and drink in the town. A lot of places a three course menu was between 8 and 10 euros. Local beer 1 euro. British bars more expensive.

The hotel is set very high above Costa Adeje, fantastic views of the whole area but a long walk down to the main resort or nearest restaurant or bar.
The rooms at the Panoramic hotel are modern and spacious and kept reasonably clean, could be improved with a bit more time spent cleaning and more frequent change of bedding, also if you ask for additional blankets beware you may be given a previous guests dirty ones that smell of smoke.
The hotel is a bit of a maze, the rooms are set on several levels and to get to them you have to manoeuvre several steep stair cases that are narrow and dangerous especially if you have a couple of heavy suitcases, no assistance if offered by the hotel staff, even to show you personally to the room you are just given a diagram that is not very clear.
The public areas, staircases are not particularly kept clean spilt drinks etc. and could do with a good jet wash.
There is a shop in the hotel grounds for general needs but not the cheapest but the staff are pleasant and helpful.
