“ great hotel. good service and good pool areas. Buffet bit repetitive, but good quality. Would stay again.
“ Top Tip: 2 great restaurants down by the beach, eat out some nights.

“ 3rd time I have stayed here and in middle of Easter break so it was busy but because of non reserving of sunbed rule, always managed to get a bed although there were a few that managed to evade the "Towel Police". Room always clean and maids offered extra towels with turn down service in evening if you wanted them - bed linen could be changed daily if you wanted. Food good.

“ Evening entertainment wasn't great - should have had a larger entertainment budget for a 5 star hotel.

“ We had a brilliant holiday and the hotel and it's staff were excellent. The hotel is a little dated and needs a regular maintentance project to redevelop walls, ceilings and floor damage generally throughout the hotel and the rooms. Our room furnishings were actually uptgraded whilst we were there which was a nice improvement. One of the main pools was closed due to maintenance and it leaked into the main foyer. This repair work did impact on our stay as there was drilling and hammering whilst we were around the other pool, this was annoying. This pool was eventually finished on our last day and it still leaked into the foyer. There was a cherry picker in the foyer trying to repair the damage. However the hotel and its service and the food compensated for these inconveniences, it is just a shame we could not experience the hotel at its best. The food was excellent and the variety was excellent. Good options for children. The sweets/desserts were amazing. The restuarant service was excellent, it was a shame that there was nothing to drink as part of our half board, and bought wine, water and beer most nights which can prove a little expensive - wine costs around 15 euros a bottle. The room cleanliness and room service was 5 star and the rooms were cleaned twice a day and fresh towels when needed often twice a day. The entertainment team was excellent and we enjoyed several nights in the hotel which was very popular. We stayed in room 530 which was on the top floor which was excellent for mountain side views and it was very quiet and peaceful. The shops and facilties in the hotel were excellent. I had read many reports that this was not a 5 star hotel and can agree to a certain extent, but overall the pros outway the cons and in my opinion it is almost 5 star and a good site improvement project would move the hotel forward and be a more established 5 star hotel. We look forward to returning to this hotel when we can, I had booked this hotel as a special holiday for my wife's 40th birthday and we all agreed that we would love to return. We walked down to the seafront a couple of times where there are bars and restuarants and some very good high end shops, Costa Adeje is a quiet resort with less hustle and bustle. A taxi to neighbouring Las Americas cost 10 euros each way and it is worthwhile for a night out - visted the strip where Hard Rock was and enjoyed a few drinks watching the fountain light show, near some good quality shops. Overall we had a great holiday it was just a shame that we had a couple of bad weather days and the closed pool affected our stay. Look forward to going back again.
“ Top Tip: Visit the beach to watch the sunset - amazing sights, great photo's. Harrys Bar in Las Americas was great. Las Americas shops were great - Zara, Mango, Lacoste.
