Booked a senior suite for 3 girls, surprised to find the thirds bed was a camp bed in the living area. Only chairs for 2 on the balcony, only 2 settings for fruit and wine, tea coffee cups etc very disappointing . I got stuck in the room one day as the patio door was open the maid opened the front door the middle door slammed shut and couldn't be opened until the maintenance man broke the lock off to let me out about 10 minutes later. Food very average, would not stay at again. Staff are pleasant

Excellent hotel. Staff very helpfull and very nice and courteous. Would certainly go back next time i visit Costa Adeje. Only dissapointment was no iron /board in rooms and every other 5 star hotel i have stayed in before has these things in room.
Top Tip: Great restaurant/bar would recommend The Colonial bar / restaurant.

This is a 5 Star Hotel in everyway possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone especially those people looking for a relaxed and chilled holiday. I will definetly be coming back in the future.
Top Tip: Bring your walking shoes, there are lots of beaches all along the coast to explore. We had a great picnic on a grassed area that overlooks the beach at Costa Adeje, heaven at no cost!
