“ Very friendly and efficient staff. Food a little monotonous (if you're a vegetarian) but lots of fresh salad and fruit. Hotel areas, room and pool areas very clean and tidy. Plenty of sunbeds when we visited at the end of March 2014.9.7 Exceptional

“ The hotel is primarily an all inclusive but we chose B and B so can't comment on meals. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice e.g omelette station, pancakes etc. The hotel itself was very clean with a good size bedroom and bathroom. The animation team were great not too pushy but encouraging. My children loved the shows in the evening but as shows go they were ok. The football pitch and mini golf went down a treat if they were wanting a change from the pool. Overall a good family hotel in a good location not far from the sea front where we found some very good restaurants and some average ones. Would we go back again? Well the children want to and if the children are happy on holiday so are we!
“ Top Tip: We requested a sunny room overlooking the pool after contacting the hotel direct by mail and that is exactly what we got.

Nice enough family hotel, needs to be better for 4 star really.
Long queues for breakfast, very stressful to feed family. Hotel can not cope with the guests all wanting to eat at the same time. Breakfast was between 7.30 and 10. needed to be extended to cope with guests turning up about 9.30.
Pool has been re-lined, obviously a quick job as the bottom of the pool is all lump and folds of material. ~It is clean though but dangerous around the edge, large gap.
Needs updating in rooms and some public areas, almost like stepping back in time
A/I could be better. A/I quests not allowed to order from snack bar. Snacks are provided but are the same each day.
Staff friendly throughout and mini club a real bonus, The people make it 4 star, the hotel lets itself down.
“ Top Tip: email hotel ahead and request pool view. hotel in built up area. sea can only just been seen on fouth floor.
