Just got back from a 7 night stay. started badly as we booked and paid for two rooms for two adults but on arrival they had us down for just one room.
We had to share so didnt unpack as they said they wanted this room for someone else the day after.
Whilst we were sorting out the mix up in the morning at reception our cases were rifled in the room and 250 euros in cash gone from our luggage.
Great start, eh
We got two diifferent rooms that day but no help with the missing money.
My sons pal had a watch stolen from his room that he forgot to put in the safe at breakfast.

Some of the cleaners are light fingered. Reception offered to call police but nothing else.

We stayed B&B and breakfast is basic stuff only.
Top Tip: Avoid `Gold Cars` at the Airport pay a bit more for a vehicle thats reliable and masive queues at the arrivals, ours broke down the second day and had to be towed back to the airport only to have to join the queue again for a replacement.
CDW is a con trick and dearer than the weeks hire on its own.

access to the beach/promenade is one of 3 ways. a downhill walk of several hundred metres, a series of escalators which were switched off and 2 external lifts, I was permanently broken and the other broke down more or less every day. the sea view room we paid for was in fact a room overlooking the hotel car park. the next day we were offered 2 other rooms, I of which was on the 6 floor, too high for my wife ,the other had no side partitions on the balcony.perhaps a goodwill jesture the hotel provided a free taxi to the airport.
Top Tip: a 2 hour dolphin/whale watching trip was brilliant.
