Excellent facilities, food v/g, accommodation v/g, pool sunbeds could be a problem in the busy season, some sunbed mattresses have seen better days.
Top Tip: Plenty of Local Shops

Extremely clean and large rooms.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Food very good - with something for everyone.
Central location makes this a good choice.
Top Tip: Good location, so much within a short walk.

On the whole Bitacora Hotel was good to very good overall.
I missed not having the Mini Golf for an activity I could take part in though my husband
enjoyed the Archery but then I was left to wait until he finished!
We found the evening not starting till the children were entertained! which very often
almost 10pm.
We thought the hotel more suited to young and very young families.
The Hotel was spotlessly clean in all public areas & bedroom very well done each day.
Seemed to shortage of bidet towels though any number of bath mats!
Great situation, nice walks to Prom and shops.
And the weather was perfect, thank you.

We had a great time here staff friendly food good and entertainment good. Only thing is that people reserve sun loungers and could be away for hours which is very irritating.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Bitacora, the hotel is lovely and well cared for the reception staff very helpful, I hired a mobility scooter from reception and it was there within 30 mins very efficient. The food was outstanding plenty of choice and well cooked. We were in room 103 which was very spacious and good looks like it had been refurbished.
Was a few gripes why have a wrist band being AI if you have to provide your room key number everytime you go dinner lunch or breakfast and when going to the pool bar to get a drink didn't make sense and created queues. Have been to many hotel all over Europe and this is the first time we have had to do this.
All in all a good holiday and would highly recommend this hotel,
