When we arrived they were overbooked that night and sent us by taxi for one night at another Hotel. Not great when you're tired. However on our return upgraded to a super room on top floor over looking pool and the sea so forgave them. Very friendly staff and lovely food.
Top Tip: The pool bar serves a great lunch too for a chane from the big restaurant.

An Excellent hotel with high standards and very good value for money. The staff at all levels are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Have stayed there for a number of years and in all probability will return again in 2016 - health permitting!!
Top Tip: There is an excellent Pub/restaurant called Legends which is particularly good if you want to watch either the top UK or European soccer games or the international rugby matches.

Have been here before and felt this time it was a 3.5 star rather than a 4. Great selection of food but felt it was not quite as good. The all inclusive drinks were disappointing, brandy was nothing like brandy after the first couple of days could not drink it. Wine was ok. We paid for wi Fi to our room which we discovered was only available to one device at a time, not ideal, also there were issues with it dropping out often. Tables were changed in the dining room while we were there and this was also the end of tablecloths and proper napkins. There were a lot of the same staff from 2 years ago and on the whole the staff were excellent. We felt as if they were cutting back on some things to save money and if they have to do that to survive, fair enough. It is still a lovely hotel and would recommend it
Top Tip: Good pubs and shops just outside the hotel. Nice walks to Lis Gigantes and more shops and pubs
