One of our bedrooms number 604 was a disaster, loud music until midnight, loading b ay for hotel goods below that started at 6.30am, and it had cockroaches.
Good points, the bar and restaurant staff were all good, and some of the reception staff, however some of the reception staff were downright rude.
Food certainly not up to 4 star nor the rather tired looking bedrooms.
“ Top Tip: Great trips to whale watch from harbour at los Gigantes

“ A lovely hotel in a picturesque and quiet location. Plenty to do during the day courtesy of the hotel's animation team. Very clean and well looked after. Food good although all-inclusive extras such as ice cream and drinks on the cheap side. Perfect for a weeks break if you want some winter sun.
“ Top Tip: Ask for a room on one of the upper floors and facing the sea so you doing miss the amazing sunsets. Take coffee bags as you can't get a decent cup at the hotel. Pergola restaurant serves a good coffee and has good menu for lunch or dinner. Great snorkelng on the rocks outside of hotel.

“ The pool area, food, service and views are fabulous. However the rooms although spacious need to be refurbished as they are looking dated and the air con is simply ineffective. The hotels proximity to Los gigantes is a great advantage and the whale watching boat rides are fantastic. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back to this area next year although maybe not this hotel if the rooms aren't upgraded.

“ Very noisy at back hotel rooms.was asked to be moved as loud music from 9.30pm until 4.30 am. They moved me two days later and didn't charge a lot extra to upgraded room with sea view which was beautiful. Restaurant staff miserable. Pool bar staff and entertainment staff friendly and helpfull.good value for money
“ Top Tip: Fresh water natural swimming Pool in los gigantes, short walk. Beautiful.
