The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The facilities were convenient and the whole ambience is relaxing. The food was good and varied. We didn't try the a la carte restaurant as we were all inclusive and we felt the hotel was good value for money. The hotel decor generally was a bit tired especially the hotel dining room but the rest of the set up is open to the beach and lovely sea views. We would definitely return to the Heritance Ahungalla
