Poor service from the management who were in wind-down mode at the end of the season. Reception staff informed us that they had had to deal with many complaints - especially about the restaurant. Very poor choice of food at breakfast and dinner and what was available was only luke warm. Untidy restaurant staff with scruffy looking chef hanging around. Talking to other English guests confirmed that they felt exactly the same - some were unhappy that they were due to stay on until the following week.

But it is a beautiful hotel in a superb location on the beach and within easy walking distance of many great restaurants - thankfully. I would not recommend 3S Beach Club Hotel in Bitez to anyone.
Top Tip: Lots of great restaurants around the bay. Pedesa (typically Turkish) restaurant away from the waterfront is especially good. Great service without any hastle or anyone trying to haul us in.

we were here from sunday 21st september for 14 nights. this was the 4th time at this hotel and this time it was very poor. none of the staff smiled or rarely spoke to us except for the one on the pool bar. the food was worse than previous years. we were told after a few days that meals would not be served in the main restaurant , because they wanted to clean it as they were closing the hotel on the 8th october .
the food wasn't hot as all the hot plates were in the main restaurant, the were cats everywhere in the hotel even in the food areas . on our last day a cat jumped up to the table laid out with food and pulled a plate of food to the floor to eat, even though we told members of staff that the cat was near the food area but he wasnt really bothered. then a week before the end of our holiday the took most of the sunbeds away from the beach and poolside and they were put away . we didnt feel welcome at all . a hotel should treat customers the same on the first day of the season as they do on the last day.
the rooms were the only thing that was good always very clean with clean towels.
i will never stay there again.
Top Tip: the best restaurant in Bitez is THE BAMBU the owner george and his staff are brilliant .we ate nearly every day there .

Excellent position of hotel as near to busy restaurant & bar area but not too close allowing for peaceful relaxation at the pool or on the beach.

Access to dolmus stop for easy trip to Bodrum and beyond.

Shame that the previous restaurant chef and catering staff had been replaced this season as the standard and variety of food had dropped( from last year)as had the attitude displayed by some of the staff at the terrace restaurant.

Wifi access was rather unreliable.
Top Tip: Go to a small restaurant "The Black Cat" about 10 mins stroll from the hotel is very welcoming with a good selection of food and reliable!
Take a boat trip around the islands.

We had a great holiday here. It's away from the bigger party side of Bodrum, which we loved. We went early June and it was busy enough to be entertaining and quiet enough to have a really relaxing holiday. The staff at the hotel were great, really eager to please, polite and friendly.
I would recommend the 3S Beach Club.
Top Tip: We loved the Black Cat and Rakinti as places to eat- they were friendly and tasty without hassling us.
We had a great day out on the boat trip - bookable by any of the little stalls on the beach front-excellent value for money!

The staff in the hotel where very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms where clean and comfortable and bathroom towels etc changed daily. In the restaurant there was a lot of salads to choose from however the hot meal was Luke warm and often various dishes with chicken.
The hotel uses a card system to pay for any drinks or food had within the hotel complex, for the most this works well however the prices are a bit higher than the surrounding bars.
Over all the hotel was in a good area outside the main resort but within walking distance.
