This is not 5 star all inclusive, travelled 8th October2013 for 1 week.Hotel closing down as end of season which we had not been informed of,so alot of bars and resaurants closed.Food in main restaurant awful, food cold, same food each day not much meat or fish, waiter service poor.Entertainment bad, music played around complex suitable for retirement home Perry Como,The Carpenters etc.Hotel rooms not clean,we looked at 6 rooms all showers had black mould in them,Service poor, very unfriendly especially reception staff didnot even smile.Only plus point is view, hotel is situated in a bay.Do not stay here.

The hotel was lovely, the animation team great and so were the bar staff. However I found the exception staff unhelpful and the guest relations were absolutely hopeless, you could never get an answer from her. She booked the a la carte restaurants and we turned up twice and they had no reservation for us. The main restaurant was very busy and sometimes you couldn't get seated. There was also a shortage of waiters, they did their best but just not enough of them.
Top Tip: I had a fabulous made to measure leather jacket in the hotel shop and its fabulous.

The food is absolutely fantastic.
The beach is clean and well maintained.

Room and service quality is definitely NOT five starts, I would give it three max. The rooms don't have internet -at least ours didn't-. Our room had a really bad smell outside which completely ruined the idea of sitting on the terrace and enjoying the 'superior' sea view.
The air conditioning is completely rubbish across the entire resort.
Customer service is also most definitely not that of a five stars hotel, some of the staff are rude and rigid, most of them don't speak a word of English (i.e. please come back at 2 O'clock does not mean knock on my door two minutes later!)
