This is a beautiful resort in a wonderful location with so many activities plus lots of places to be on your own if you wish. The gardens are lovely and our room and that of our son's family were attractive and comfortable. However, we did meet other guests who had not been so satisfied. They said their room needed up grading.

The food was excellent with so much variety. Everything is spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. This is to their credit as we were there at the end of a long season and they were still on top of their game.

Our grandchildren were enchanted with all the things to do, the water slides and other entertainment. In October the outside pools are too cold to use but there is in indoor one.

We will certainly come again and will tell our friends to as well.
Top Tip: Take a day's boat trip around the islands. Go into Fethiye and book it there and they will come a pick you up from the hotel marina.

Stayed oct/nov 2014 half term break - couple with children aged 16 and 18. On arrival allocated 2 rooms in hotel ( had expected villa rooms but had requested close to lifts and facilities) shown to 2 x double bed room. Asked to change to twin beds as requested - no problem. But be aware beds are next to each other and sheet over both so cannot be used separately. Rooms were over reception and open area to bar which had open landings so could be noisy but as Wi-Fi worked in room decided to stay. Very clean - good size with balcony - this was noisy and we kept door closed as cigarette smoke rose from outside bar area. Very, very clean lots of toiletries, towels, 2 robes and slippers a bonus. You could also ask for bedding to be changed as often as you wanted. Towels changed daily and 2 free tokens for pool towels that you could even change during day if wet.
Good choice of restaurants ( charge for al la carte - we didn't feel necessary to use) Food excellent lots of choice - but be aware it could be cool/cold - so select appropriately. 3 of our party had 24 hr tummy bug but don t feel caused by food but a virus.
Resort facilities were great and the most magnificent views. Truly all inclusive as activities including fishing, boating with kayaks, sailing dinghies, wind surfers and paddle boards, archery, tennis etc free to use . Resort quiet so not sure how this worked out at peak times. Lots of sunbeds, hammocks, swing chairs and although quiet they seemed to have lots stored for busy times.
Staff helpful although not always service with a smile but it was the last week of the season!! My daughters pyjamas went missing with the bed linen change and the room maid was very upset and kindly went to laundry to find them and gave them back, all neatly ironed within 24 hours,
The town and marina/ harbour of fethiye was easy to reach, either by boat (15tl return each or by taxi £10 each way) Market bustling - lots of fake clothing ( sold with tongue-in-cheek as genuine fakes!) We would have liked to have taken boat trips around islands at £15 each for a day trip but tummy bugs in turn prevented us!
The animation team were brilliant - each night we watched a show which was as professional as you could get!! It was like going on a trip to the theatre!
Weather lovely - swam in med ( beautifully clear) amongst lots of pretty fish and even a turtle and an octopus! Spent days from breakfast to 4 p.m. soaking up the rays, enjoying beautiful sea and mountain views and watching sailing and fishing boats gong in and out of the harbour/marinas of Fethiye The resort was very well panned and landscaped and despite being large just fitted seamlessly into the environment and took advantage of the natural little bays it occupied. Not recommended for anyone who had mobility issues unless you stayed in the hotel as villas had steep steps leading up to them. This should be made clear on booking.
We decided this was the best resort we had visited in Turkey and would certainly wish to return.

A slow start to the holiday as we waited a long time to be taken to our room but once settled in the holiday was fab. Though a little dated (the hotel is 30+ years old) the rooms were clean; beds were comfy. Towels were changed every other day. The complex is huge but we got our bearings quite quickly and signs were very helpful. The main restaurant - Lykia - served a great selection of food - even our fussy 9 year old had something to eat! The only issue was the annoying cockerel which seemed to enjoy waking us up from about 2am every night! Service was good though sometimes tables took a while to be cleared; all staff seemed friendly. The entertainment crew were brilliant and it was a shame we didn't take in more evening shows as they were well choreographed and fantastic! A beautiful location too - we will struggle to find another like it!
Top Tip: We ventured into Fethiye on two occasions and managed to negotiate on price. Be prepared to buy if you're going to bargain though. We didn't take much lira but managed to pay with UK £ so don't be put off if you've not enough Lira / Euros

Fantastic location , superb facilities and wonderful food!
Only very slight disappointment is the rooms are a bit dated but still very clean and comfortable.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Top Tip: All the restaurants have fantastic food and each area of the resort is good in different ways eg busy by the pool but always quieter spots On the beach not far away.
