Standard rooms are very shabby and need a makeover but apart from that the hotels public areas are spectacular

Restaurant & food were very good.
Our balcony smelt of sewerage so could not open windows.
Hotel card for charging drinks could be better organised as incorrectly charged.
Swimming pool and grounds were excellent.
Enjoyed evening entertainment.

The hotel is situated very close to all the main amenities the resort has to offer, pretty much everything is within walking distance. Five minutes to the beach or local transport - less than a minute to the bars and restaurants etc. The downside however, is you can hear very loud music pumping out - even in your room, with doors and windows closed! This can be until 3 a.m. in the height of the season. I stayed in late October so things quietened down just after midnight. Pool area is very nice and clean. I would imagine it could get very busy in the summer months.
Top Tip: Take beach shoes/sandals - all beaches are shingle, so are uncomfortable to walk on. Don't pay for trips before you go or with hotel reps, their are countless providers offering these services. Take a six island boat trip with Pioneer travel ( I don't work for them but had a great experience with them), the lunch provided was worth the cost of the trip alone. Finally, with a smile on your face face, haggle over the cost of everything! For example, I paid five Turkish Lira for three photographs taken on the gorge trip, as part of the jeep safari. They started at ten Turkish Lira - each!

Amazing value for money.
Great Facilities.
Top Tip: The Flying Dutchman, opposite hotel entrance, does one of the best steaks in town.
Harry's Bar is the best place I found for an english breakfast.
Cloud Nine Bar is great for food, especially mid-day snacks, and drinks.
The Hangout (above Cloud Nine) has the best view and comfortable seating for the sunset drinks. Excellent food, but more quality, than quantity.
The Help Beach Bar does the best cocktails, also great food.

Third time we have stayed at this hotel. All restaurants, bars and shops are very close but as long as you don't get a street facing room it is not noisy. Staff are all very friendly and good breakfasts, especially the omelettes and pancakes which are made to order.

Lots of good places to eat especially Kulmas Pide and the secret garden. Olu Deniz is a great resort with nice beaches, if stony, and watching the paraglide re land on the sea front is always entertaining.
Top Tip: Kulmas Pide well priced good food; Secret Garden food excellent and nice quiet place to eat. Kata Koy, ghost village, a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. In Fetiyhe would go to Mosaic again.
