“ Loved the hotel, not impressed with the All Inclusive though. Finishes at 11.00pm, then they charge over the odds for drinks. No icecreams included etc. so kids miss out... Not enough tables and chairs at the ONLY BAR that stays open after 9.00pm so u end up sitting on sun loungers !!!!!!! Not good..... Apart from that, lovely pool, lovely hotel etc etc7.9 Very Good

“ Arrived at Dalaman and was told transfer bus company was bankrupt. However we were ushered to an awaiting bus that took us to our hotel. After contacting travelrepublic we arrange for another company to pick us up at hotel and take us to the airport for our return. This arrived promptly and no problems were encountered.I would recomend this hotel for everyone, but you must remember you are not in england as far as the food is concerned.Their food is nice but not like ours!!.The staff were always polite and helpful and the resort itself was spotlessly clean, unlike some in spain. This was the first time in Turkey and was pleasantly surprised.
“ Top Tip: Try the secret garden for a nice quiet romantic meal. If you want noise go to shadows bar.Avoid antiques bar, got ripped off there.
Samantha from East Grinstead
The hotel was very clean and the staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Every day we had clean towels and the room cleaned to a really high standard. Facilities in the room were excellent especially the air conditioning (free to use), fridge (with bottled water on day of arrival) and super shower with unlimited hot water.
The food was good although a little repetitive and the pool was very busy but with a great beach only a 10 minute stroll away it didn't matter. There were lots of reasonably priced restaurants on the doorstep for a change of scenery and plenty of day trips available.
A good hotel if you are looking for value for money!

The hotel looked very nice. Modern and well maintained. The rooms were spacious however, the downside was the noise level. The corridors acted as echo chambers and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms above and to the side of you. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again. The evening entertainment was none existent. The food was good and always plenty of choice. Ice cream would have been nice and there wasn't a great deal of variety available on the bar all inclusive.
The staff were friendly and always said hello.
“ Top Tip: The Magic Garden Bar is a good night.
