The hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill and sits itself on a slope . Access to the town is easy and is a short 10 minute downhill walk . The return leg is best done by Dolmus unless you are a fit individual . The hotel itself has many steps and if a lift door is left open , then you are committed to using yet more stairs.
The food is decent and reasonably varied , given that this is a budget hotel . The staff speak little English and whilst the majority are both polite and enthusiastic , some are just plain rude! The only open bar was the one furthest from the pool and the cups were tiny . They would constantly run out of Vodka , White wine and beer. I suspect more to do with the individual barman .
Rooms were generally grimy and whilst room service was present , I have no idea what they did. The wi-fi was erratic and ineffective .
I love Kusadasi , I appreciate that this was a cheap package , but spend a little extra and avoid the place . You really will not be comfortable here and will almost certainly feel the place detracted from your Turkish experience.
As usual my Travel Republic dealings were 100% and I will continue to use them for all of my bookngs.
Top Tip: The Captains House looks out over the harbour and across to the Cruise ship terminal . Gorgeous sunsets , lovely staff that speak great English and make you feel wanted. Nice food and atmosphere at a very reasonable price makes you question the value of `fully inclusive` !

The hotel itself was ok, alot of steps to get around though. The staff were friendly but spoke very lıttle Engliısh, however the food left alot to be desııred. There was alot of Englısh people ın the hotel but caterıng to suıte, food was more suıted to Turkısh peopie. we were only there for 3 days thankfully, I was thankful we were not there for any longer as there is only so much bread you can eat. There was no entertaınment at all. The hotel ıs ousıde of the town centre, a dolmus was needed to get there, alternatively ıt was about a 25 mınute walk downhıll and obviously uphıll on the way back. The hotel ıs not suıtable for anybody wıth a baby or dısabled person. All ın all I would not recommend thıs hotel and would not stay there agaın

Everything was fine, just wish their was Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as always like one in morning and night.
Top Tip: The Ship Inn is a nice friendly pub on the beach front, near the Cruise Ships. Cheap food, amazing Fry Up, and they let you watch Xfactor Bonus.

Roxys is amazing just off Bar St. Drag Act was amazing, good for a giggle, and Karaoke what more can you ask for.

Was their for 1 week, and everyone was very friendly apart from Rep Franky, and we were not the only one to complain. He will only speak or help you if you go to his Bar Murphys which is on BAR ST, and then he trys to rip you off.

I have put this hotel as below average because of previous All inclusives that we have been to in the past. This was the worst All inclusive we have been to but not a holiday from hell by any means. There was no animation team or much entertainment. We were there for 2 weeks and in that time we had 1 turkish night and 1 night with a man singing but nothing exciting at all. The food was ok but not much choice, I'm fortunate as I'm not a fussy eater but for people who are may have struggled. There were lots of nice salads though. Snacks were better than I expected with pizza or different types of meat balls and chips. Drinks are very limited consisting of beer, wine, gin, raki or vodka and soft drinks, tea and coffee. The rooms were nice and big with airconditioning but our bathroom was past its best with a cracked sink and broken shower screen and the some of the slats for the ceiling were also broken. The cleaners did come every day but not always at the most convenient time sometimes on a morning or afternoon and often late afternoon 6pm time when we were wanting to shower or nap. The staff are very nice but struggle to speak much english but are very curtious. The dining room could also be set up better and clean table cloths on the tables each time wouldn't have gone a miss but unfortunately they were a bit grubby. There are a lot of different nationalitys that visit this hotel and we were lucky enough to make friends with a lovely family which made our holiday. All in all I enjoyed a break away but would never revisit this hotel again we like to have entertainment etc. I would say if you are looking for a relaxing holiday and don't want to do anything and are not fussy about food then you should be fine. This hotel has a lots of stairs and is no good for any person with disabilities or young children in pushchairs. It's also a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach and town but the beach is awful it's filthy. It's a shame because I don't think this hotel is used to it's full potential and could be so much better. Like I said not a holiday from hell but could have been much better.
Top Tip: The three bay boat trip is well worth a day of your holiday, it has soft drinks included and a meal which was lovely. It is worth just walking down to were all the boats are and just paying there rather than paying to do it as a trip to be picked up etc. We payed about £25 for a family of 4 so good value for money. Also lots of the pubs and restaurants do free pick ups and drops offs to your hotels so well worth a nice meal out. Also we did Aqua fantasy park for the day if you decide to do this you can't take any food or drink in what so ever if you do it gets put in the bin unless you request for it back. Another thing is it may be worth going to one of the larger beaches on the bus than the little one on the front it's not nice.
