The hotel itself was ok, alot of steps to get around though. The staff were friendly but spoke very lıttle Engliısh, however the food left alot to be desııred. There was alot of Englısh people ın the hotel but caterıng to suıte, food was more suıted to Turkısh peopie. we were only there for 3 days thankfully, I was thankful we were not there for any longer as there is only so much bread you can eat. There was no entertaınment at all. The hotel ıs ousıde of the town centre, a dolmus was needed to get there, alternatively ıt was about a 25 mınute walk downhıll and obviously uphıll on the way back. The hotel ıs not suıtable for anybody wıth a baby or dısabled person. All ın all I would not recommend thıs hotel and would not stay there agaın

Everything was fine, just wish their was Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as always like one in morning and night.
Top Tip: The Ship Inn is a nice friendly pub on the beach front, near the Cruise Ships. Cheap food, amazing Fry Up, and they let you watch Xfactor Bonus.

Roxys is amazing just off Bar St. Drag Act was amazing, good for a giggle, and Karaoke what more can you ask for.

Was their for 1 week, and everyone was very friendly apart from Rep Franky, and we were not the only one to complain. He will only speak or help you if you go to his Bar Murphys which is on BAR ST, and then he trys to rip you off.

I have put this hotel as below average because of previous All inclusives that we have been to in the past. This was the worst All inclusive we have been to but not a holiday from hell by any means. There was no animation team or much entertainment. We were there for 2 weeks and in that time we had 1 turkish night and 1 night with a man singing but nothing exciting at all. The food was ok but not much choice, I'm fortunate as I'm not a fussy eater but for people who are may have struggled. There were lots of nice salads though. Snacks were better than I expected with pizza or different types of meat balls and chips. Drinks are very limited consisting of beer, wine, gin, raki or vodka and soft drinks, tea and coffee. The rooms were nice and big with airconditioning but our bathroom was past its best with a cracked sink and broken shower screen and the some of the slats for the ceiling were also broken. The cleaners did come every day but not always at the most convenient time sometimes on a morning or afternoon and often late afternoon 6pm time when we were wanting to shower or nap. The staff are very nice but struggle to speak much english but are very curtious. The dining room could also be set up better and clean table cloths on the tables each time wouldn't have gone a miss but unfortunately they were a bit grubby. There are a lot of different nationalitys that visit this hotel and we were lucky enough to make friends with a lovely family which made our holiday. All in all I enjoyed a break away but would never revisit this hotel again we like to have entertainment etc. I would say if you are looking for a relaxing holiday and don't want to do anything and are not fussy about food then you should be fine. This hotel has a lots of stairs and is no good for any person with disabilities or young children in pushchairs. It's also a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach and town but the beach is awful it's filthy. It's a shame because I don't think this hotel is used to it's full potential and could be so much better. Like I said not a holiday from hell but could have been much better.
Top Tip: The three bay boat trip is well worth a day of your holiday, it has soft drinks included and a meal which was lovely. It is worth just walking down to were all the boats are and just paying there rather than paying to do it as a trip to be picked up etc. We payed about £25 for a family of 4 so good value for money. Also lots of the pubs and restaurants do free pick ups and drops offs to your hotels so well worth a nice meal out. Also we did Aqua fantasy park for the day if you decide to do this you can't take any food or drink in what so ever if you do it gets put in the bin unless you request for it back. Another thing is it may be worth going to one of the larger beaches on the bus than the little one on the front it's not nice.

First the good things.
Staff friendly. The rooms were a good size, There were 4 of us, 2 adults, 1 child and a baby and had plenty of room.
Swimming Pool a decent size.

Now the bad.
A week at this hotel was long enough. There was only entertainment on 1 night a week and that wasn't of a very good standard.
Food was ok but not much variety from one day to the next.
Evening meal is from 8pm till 10pm and all inclusive finishes at 10pm so with no entertainment it's early to bed unless your willing to travel in to town and spend extra money each night even though your all inclusive.
Ice creams for the kids are not included in the all inclusive and drinks are limited, they ran out of lemonade for our last 2 days.
On the second to last night our bathroom ceiling collapsed, luckily we weren't in the room at the time, staff did come straight away and fixed it of a fashion.
Apparently this hotel used to be self catering and has only just become all inclusive.
We didn't have a bad holiday it just got a bit boring of an evening with no entertainment.
We won't be going back to this hotel.
Top Tip: There is a supermarket directly across the road which is ok.
Adaland water park is good for a day out. Don't bother booking through 'Frankie' the hotel rep as there is an Adaland free bus that picks up from outside the supermarket opposite the hotel at about 09:45 each morning and takes you back to the hotel at 18:00

The hotel was excellent and the food was very good out of 14 evening meals i think we only had the same thing once. Room was cleaned every day. The bar could be improved ; open at 12 and close at 12 not 10 o'clock, change the music, not every one is into turkish music.
Top Tip: Not a great deal around, hop on the bus (1.5 lira ) and go into town (bar street the place, irish bars but no guiness lol )
