The hotel is basic, clean, but basic.
The staff rude and very poor English.
The all inclusive wasn't worth it, meals provided were to a poor standard, though perhaps catering to a more European taste?
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the beach, so no point in asking for a see view.
Drinks on all inclusive finished serving at 22.00, (no imported drinks included) so the hotel became very quiet at 22.05... No stacks included outside of meal times. No ice creams for the kids.
Our room was spacious and clean, though 4 floors up without a lift with families with young children or people with poor mobility might be difficult
Warm/hot water in rooms became a bit hot or miss, sometimes no water at all.
It took 2 days of battling with reception staff to obtain blankets for the beds as it became do cold at night.
We will return to turkey, the surrounding area is lovely, though we will not look to stay at this hotel again...
There are lots of great places to eat out.
Top tips/places we found:
Trotters (turning left out of the hotel and right at the end of the road) (10 minute walk max)
Here you can get a 5 course (steak) meal for 28 TL, (about £9) with buy one get one free on drinks. Staff are amazing here and really make it a special evening. You can also change English money to TL here with no commission and get a great deal...
There is a hotel (Cennet Apart) around the corner from the blue lagoon, gorgeous food and reasonably priced. Lovely family run business and somewhere lovely to go for a drink or meal...
Tiffany's on the beachfront is a lovely restaurant...
Jeep safari - bare in mind it consists of a huge water fight which became too much for some young children - everyone gets wet so wrap valuables in plastic bags...
Taxi's are driven a bit... Erratically, so seat belts are a must!
Great little shops at the old harbour...
Blackpool bar with drag queen act (Roxy Tart) was excellent :)

“ Will not be returning unfortunately. The hotel is very basic and the all inclusive was a let down. Food was discusting and repeated daily. No hot water.
“ Top Tip: The September bar was fantastic fun

“ Hotel was basic but had everything you needed.staff worked hard and tried there best to help.rooms cleaned every day towels and bedding changed on a regular basis.food was a bit of a mismatch but there always something to eat if you don't like the food just eat out its that cheap.drinks was served 10am til 10pm daily.good entertainment and the beaches was only 10-15 mins walk. This hotel is good to use as a base for your holiday its good if you want to lounge around all day and just sunbathe and good because you get a 3 star hotel at 2 star prices will i go back there YES
“ Top Tip: The Blackpool bar is a must book a meal for 7.30 and you get a 5 course meal for 22 lira (that's about £7.50 to us English) and ask them to reserve a table for you to see ROXY the drag act Also go on the kings tombs mud bath boat trip long day but worth the money take plenty of sun cream with you

The receptionist didn't speak English - in fact only the manager spoke English.
The beds were hard as a rock. no lift in the hotel and you may have to carry your suitcases to 4th floor... very dirty rooms, hot water is availble only early in the morning, they are changing towels every 3 days. The showers kept on breaking down - we had no water for three days, no shampoo or soap In the rooms. You have to pay for air con 30 pounds. wi-fi didn't work in the rooms only worked in the lobby. The food was disgusting - you live of chicken, rice, chips and coloured salami. cakes break your teeth and not sweet at all. Not much choice on drinks -no fresh juices. be aware of doing deals with the manager - he changes his mind just to get a few more pounds of you - he doesn't know what good customer service is. the only good thing about the hotel is the staff. the best bar tender/waiter was Allison :)
“ Top Tip: hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach and main shopping road but the bar street is about 50 minutes away.
