The apartments are very well kept and organised. The clientele are predominantly Scandinavian and the pool and bar area is quiet by some Marmaris hotel standards (the in house restaurant and bar was very sedate in the evenings). The location is close enough to the main strip and beach area so most residents departed in the evenings.
The apartment was furnished with a 2 ring hob, kettle and sandwich maker / grill which was a good self catering combination. The big downside for us was the limited internet access. The availability was confined to the area surrounding reception and it wasn't a strong signal. The Bar area Wifi didn't work and it appeared this was a long term problem.
I have marked them down for this, however I would choose to stay here again and recommend the apartments for a quiet holiday with access to the lively Marmaris bars close by.
Top Tip: The location is close to the market and smells of fish wafted around in the breeze. This may have been an issue for the units close to and adjacent to the market. Get a room at the other end to be sure.

The apartments are clean and well maintained. The maids come in everyday and do a really good job. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and will have a laugh and joke with you. The only complaint is the apartments facing the compound where chickens and rooster are kept. I thought roosters made a noise at dusk and dawn. I was wrong! These roosters clock were broken and they did it all day from around 4.30 in the morning. Very annoying....... There is also quite a bit of noise from the road. I would still go to the apartments again and although very basic they are manageable.
Top Tip: We booked a number of trips with Avalon tours. It situated just off the roundabout heading towards the sea front. They are very cheap and Nash will help you however he can. The jeep safari was hilarious and the diving trip was excellent. It also caters for non divers and is not boring. Andy's restaurant is an excellent place to eat. The food is always very good. We have been going there for years. The other restaurants pester quite a bit which does get on your nerves and there is still a lot of shop owners that try to drag you into their shops.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. The pool had a slide which people of all ages enjoyed. The rooms were cleaned everyday and although the kitchen area was small it was quite well equipped.
The hotel is approximately 10 min stroll from the beach and restaurants are even closer. The mosque is very close and as prayers are broadcast through loud speakers it can be noisy at times but these do mot last long.
Facilities at the neighbouring hotel are included which include a gym, hairdressers and evening entertainment.
Top Tip: The food market is very close and is well worth a trip as the fresh food is delicious and they will give you sample pieces to try. We went on a turtle excursion whilst there which was great fun included Kings tombs and a mud bath everyone enjoyed the trip well worth it. .

Great apartments. Very modern looking and absolutely immaculate. Cleaners were in everyday and towels were changed everyday. Good sized pool with slide for the kids and plenty of sunloungers for everyone. The only downside was the location as it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 walk to the main bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay at the candan apartments and would definitely stay here again.
