Second stay at this hotel,Its a big hotel half way betweenn marmaris and Icmeler.
Dolmus to Marmaris takes only ten minutes, and you can walk along the seafront to marmaris or icmeler.
Big hotel with all the ammenities you could want, food excellent, this is a jem of a hotel, views are fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle of marmaris yet close enough to get to it.
Run very proffesinally and desrves a better star rating than it has.

A return for us after 4 years. The scenery is breathtaking, the food lovely (if you're not a 'buffet snob'). The only 'downside' for us was that the hotel was close to shutting down for the winter season (we were there Oct 1/2 term)... so there was no organised day-time entertainments (the usual volleyball / darts / table tennis tournaments / aerobics etc) that we'd enjoyed before. And the icerink had closed. The watersports (jetski, 'Mable', paragliding etc) are competitively priced. And the gardens / pools are simply beautiful.

There is so much to do within the hotel and the grounds that would suit all members of a family from toddler to the elderly.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has several areas to relax, have fun eat and drink.
Being all inclusive food and drink are available almost 24/7. The hotel restaurants offer buffet style food, 3 times per day.
Breakfast comprises of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked bread and rolls, a huge selection of meats and cheeses; to omelettes, boiled and scrambled eggs, oatmeal and a beautiful array of home-made jams and jelly for the toast or crusty poppy/ sesame rolls and croissants.
There is a choice of 2 home-made soups at lunch and dinner, to lasagne, florentine fish, arrays of salad to meatballs, morroccan lamb, hungarian goulash, chicken kebabs to pasta (with 2 choices of freshly made sauces), burgers, pizza and chips. Indoor and outdoor areas are very clean, well maintained and served by an 'army' of very efficient and polite waiters, who are on hand to meet all your needs.
There are 2 other restaurants which you require to book that serve 'specialist' foods. Seafood, 'steak grill' and foods from around the world are available for a small charge and are reported to be extra special.
All 3 bars are open throughout the day serving cocktails, beers, wines and spirits and soft drinks and coffee/tea.
There are 3 communal pools; 2 outdoor and 1 indoor and a childrens' area flume slide.
The 'kids club' runs between 10am and 4pm providing a vast range of activities for all ages from toddler to teens.
Within the hotel there are so many areas to list, but here are a few. The reception area offers a choice of 2 soft drinks from a self serve podium just within the hotel entrance. The pomegranate and lemon juice are ice cold and hugely refreshing.
The reception bar serves all manners of refreshments from lovely local wines and spirits to soft drinks, cocktails, Turkish teas and coffees.
The piano room is situated down a flight of marble stairs and is a quiet relaxing area if you wish to chill out, cool down, read a book or just sit in some very soft, comfortable armchairs. (Great for 40 winks in the afternoon.)
The pool bar is served by friendly and comical waiters who interact with their customers and entertain the children who have chosen to stay behind from the kids club.
There is a separate food court (in the style of a large beach hut) which provides 'snacks' between 11am and 3pm including salads, burgers, pizza and chips and is very popular with hungry children. Within this area a lovely lady produces freshly made and cooks Turkish crepes to order, with a choice of meat or vegetarian fillings.
At 5pm this food court transforms into a coffee and cake bar.
Further down the hill on the grounds is the Beach bar serving up the usual refreshments and is almost on the beach.
In the hotel and apartments grounds there are lovely walkways with trees and plants in abundance and there is grassy areas with hammocks for some quiet time.
Within the hotel there is a pool and spa/sauna area. The spa offers many therapeutic treatments including Turkish bath, massage and physio.
A hairdresser/barber and tattooist are close by with some small but well stocked shops which sell UK/Euro newspapers, inflatable toys for the pools, and toiletries/batteries, cigarettes/tobacco and pocket money toys and games.
The trinket shop offers mementos and small gifts to take home or swimwear/pashminas and sarongs.
The leather shop is packed full of jackets, coats, handbags and belts.
There is also a jewellers and a clothes/perfume/bags shop.
The Pool Cafe Bar is just that. 3 pool tables, a coffee bar and a bench of 4 computers which are internet connected.
A resident photographer is busy all day taking photos of families and children and will take your photo on request. Each evening there is an array of sample photos to choose from should you wish.
Nearby is the disco which opens around 10pm, when the children are in bed.
Within the grounds is an Amphitheatre which provides a childrens disco every night between 7.30 and 9pm.
And at 9.30pm there is a different entertainment show for the grown ups from Belly dancing to Acrobatics.
A short way along the beach walk will find you at the Ice Skating Rink!!!
This is apparently the only beach front ice rink in Turkey and is lovely "cool down" place after a day in the sun.
Throughout the day the Entertainment Team encourage everyone to participate in some activity from darts to aquaerobics, belly dancing lessons to water polo.
Within the tree tops is a high wire adventure area, where trained operators teach participants to move from tree to tree via log walks and wire pulleys.
There is certainly something for everyone in this hotel and facilities are varied and interesting for all ages.
Top Tip: At the foot of the grounds of the hotel lies a beach walk way. If you go to the right you will find the skating rink and if you walk on for a further 10 mins you will reach the beautiful little town of Icmeler. There are many shops to browse through, restaurants and pubs n clubs, there is also and little indoor mall and every Thursday is a fantastic market, but the best part for me was the beach and the view from the beach.
If you take the left turn and walk for around 8 mins you will come to the Dolphin Park. Swimming with the dolphins is a wonderful, highly therapeutic experience which is never forgotten and this was the absolute highlight of both my holidays.
