Great location for hotel. Walking distance to Boscombe gardens and beach. Bus route right outside that goes to Bournemouth and Poole that have plenty of shops, entertainment, etc. Dinner was very good (didn't have breakfast) and another pub a few yards down which serves meals.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room clean, though a little cold as a large room with a small heater.
We would stay again.
“ Top Tip: Lovely walk through Boscombe gardens, down to the beach with a selection of places to eat and drink.

“ Great for security really need two keys ie one each but the room we stayed in albeit a family room loads of space etc had a very sagging mattress so much so we fetched a sleeping bag from the car and one of used the 'family' settee. Mattress is pretty important if you intend to sleep in a bed and on this one you rolled into the middle straightaway. The next disappointment was the very little hot water available husband had a cool shower and I didnt bother , even the wash basin gave me a trickle of hot then went cold. We did report it as we checked out but have not been impressed by ur first and probaly last venture with travel in.
