They said they had no reservation from you.
we had to wait in the bar for approx 20 minutes until a room was found. We paid you a booking fee and we will not be using you again.

Just returned from a 3 night break with my wife and will be glad to come home for a decent quiet sleep.
On pulling up to the hotel it looks a bit shabby but when you go in to the foyer it's actually quite smart, we checked into room 207 and were pleasenly surprised as it was a tidy room with a good size bathroom and really powerfull shower. you are staying here then try and get a room that doesn't over look the car park as the hotels designated smoking are is right outside reception and outside the bedroom windows so from 7am to gone midnight you get the knob heads on there business courses smoking, shouting and laughing with no consideration to other guests, the smoking areas should be to the left or right of the hotel the room was o.k apart from really noisy water pipes from other rooms and the cheapest hardest toilet paper I have ever used apart from at school. The breakfast left a bit to be desired very poor quality produce, mikl that was warm and brown and red sauce that was the sort you would get in a transport café and even though breakfast finished at 9.30 if you got down there at 9.05 there was hardly anything left and no more being brought out.
We were looking forward to the pool, sauna and steam room to try and relax and it was lovely and warm but once again let down due to it being really shabby and looking dirty, there were 2 little bridges made from wood and steel going over the pool to the Jacuzzi that were all corroded and all sorts of stuff were dripping into the pool didn't look very healthy, this was a shame because the staff there were really lovely.

Friendly staff. Nice large comfortable bed. Good fitness/leisure facilities, just one drawback with the pool area - you cannot enter directly from the changing rooms & have to go back through the gym reception area.

Top Tip: Directly opposite the Ski Centre so good for active outdoor people.

Awful, loud music until midnight kept us awake not ideal with a 6 year old - due to a wedding on a Saturday night. The second bed (family room) was terrible, i think the mattress was ok but the springs on the bed - terrible. Also creaked every time you moved.

The shower wasn't powerful enough and was luke warm at best. i was told breakfast wouldn't be available before 8am. As we went to leave about 7.20am clearly breakfast was being served. No one asked how our stay was on the way out, and no apology was given for the bad nights sleep...I wont be going back....
