This 18th century self-catering cottage has been renovated to a high standard throughout; restoring original fixtures and fittings featuring a welcoming sitting room with dining area and a wood burning stove ideal for relaxing in front of on chillier evenings. The cleverly designed country style shaker kitchen is well equipped and includes all modern appliances. The lounge / dinner is fully equipped with internet TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi. Stairs from the sitting room lead you to two delightful bedrooms (1 x double 1 x single and additional pop up trundle bed) with dormer windows. Outside is a small fenced courtyard with seating ideal for enjoying breakfast morning coffee or brunch in the sun before the exploring the area. The village of Osgodby is centrally located for visiting many of Lincolnshire's diverse rural tourist attractions varied coastline traditional market towns and cathedral city. Minutes away from the Viking Way and National Cycle Route 1 (Hull to Fakenham) making it perfect landscape for walkers and cyclist alike. With all the necessary amenities the nearby charming town of Market Rasen hosts an array of traditional local shops tea rooms cafes pubs restaurants racecourse and golf course. Take the train from award winning 'Best Community Partnership' railway station to the historical city of Lincoln with its magnificent cathedral castle and museums or head off to the varied east coastline and enjoy a relaxing or a fun packed day at Cleethorpes or Skegness.
