Lovely welcome. Comfortable room. Accommodating staff.food ample. Would definitely visit again. My only criticism would be the staff uniforms should be better outfitted.

Very comfy beds and loads of hot water for baths and showers. Shower was a bit awkward to adjust height on and it wasn't very powerful and had a leak (Room 109) but the bath was fine.
Top Tip: Great place for coffee just down from Queen Square - Colonna and Smalls and a fantastic Tapas restaurant just next door called Madrid.

Hotel in good, central location but, I feel, is in need of refurbishment. Room was very tired looking but it was clean & bed very comfy.
Top Tip: This hotel isn't able to look after/store your luggage but 2 cafes, opposite Bath Spa Railway Station, offer this service for a small fee. We found this very useful.

We only stayed one night and because we did not pay for an early check in when we arrived at12 noon and because we were meeting friends at 1.00pm and then attending a rugby match we did not check in until 9.45 pm.
On our lunchtime arrival we had difficultly parking - we didn't know that the car park was also open to the public and just managed to find a space after a while.
When we checked in at 9.45 pm we were told that we might be moved to the other Travelodge in town because of the hotel being fully booked. We had however informed reception when we first arrived at lunchtime that we were definitely staying and would be checking in later that evening and so were fully expecting a room to be available having paid in full in advance.
Anyway, the guy on reception was very helpful and we were given a room set aside for disabled access. We had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the value for money breakfast in the morning before our departure.
A mixed experience but reception were very helpful - perhaps I wouldn't have said that if we had been moved to other Travelodge in town.

Our stay in bath was pleasant, the room was clean and all staff members were welcoming.
The only thing that stopped us from rating higher than a 8 was there was a lot of notice from other guests in the early hours of the morning and the bar staff service could be a little better.
Top Tip: Cocktail bar in bath called be at one, a great place to go if you want a good time, staff members were very helpful and friendly.
