“ Rooms need refurbishing, stains on carpet, wallpaper held together by a large painting, shower head had to be repaired by maintenence staff. Entertainment good and so was the food. Not very pleased with parking fees, not many parking spaces either.

the first room we were offered looked out over someones roof.we were given another
room but had to ask for it to be cleaned as i found a cigarette butt laying on the floor
by the bed also the bathroom floor was covered in dust and hair.i have to say this is
the first time we have had problems like this,as we have stayed at this hotel many times.

“ The hotel was adequate, but shabby in public areas. The rooms where dated but clean, infact the bed was very comfortable. There was ample hot water in the bathroom and the heating was very efficient.
