Clean, pleasant, comfortable and reasonably quiet. Worth paying the extra compared with the cheapest rooms you can find in Central London. Handy for the Tube and buses. We did not try the food, as this would have added considerably to the cost. Slowish check-in, but very easy check-out if you don't have any extras to pay: just drop your key and card into the box on the desk. The only disappointment was the £10 charge for a 24 hour Wi-Fi connection. It's free at Cafe Nero and McDonalds just up the road, so go to one of these for breakfast.
Top Tip: An easy walk to the Albert Hall, about 15 minutes even at a leisurely pace.

We found the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food in both restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Top Tip: Kensington high street tube station is on the doorstep and there is a very good bus service also there are a few good quick service food shops and cafes, boots chemists, and M & S store next to the tube station.

Good location near shops, restaurants etc. But, the room was small, and the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work properly. Also, hotel automatically adds 12.5% service charge to everything, so watch out for this!!
