“ The hotel massively exceeded my expectations! The parking was cheap (we decided to drive), there was a tube station a very short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants near by if you didn't want to stray too far. Harrods and other designer shops were a short distance (20 minute walk) and you cold walk to the museums if you fancied a stroll. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and polite and the room was clean and very spacious. You couldn't hear a lot when you were inside the rooms. We decided to have our evening meal in the hotel and it was delicious, I believe they serve till around 11.30pm and the staff are always there to help. We paid for breakfast with the room and that was a choice of continental and a full English and you could have as much as you wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again next time I'm in London!!

“ Hotel was warm and clean and staff friendly. Good breakfast up to 10.30am. We were on 5th floor at back of hotel so along the tube line - busy from about 6.30am. The bedroom was clean and well enough equipped if a little on the small side. the bathrooms were a reasonable size and also clean.

“ Clean, comfortable & well presented hotel plus no traffic noise which was a bonus. Food was nice & staff were very attentive. Location was very good for walking to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall etc. Close to lots of nice restaurants.

“ Room very dated and nothing like the pictures online. Room backed onto (above ground) tube line so could hear trains every few minutes. Room and hotel was clean though and convenient location for Central London/ west end.
