Breakfasts were very good and no difficulty getting seated -- all very civilised.Staff throughout the hotel were courteous and efficient.
In particular, Guest Relation Manager Zeeshan Kalim sorted out a mix up arising from a request we had made for a walk-in shower.

“ Pleasant stay.

Booked a twin room as I was travelling with my sister but hotel had allocated a double! Consequently a very long check in while they found us an alternative.
Breakfast very good quality and would cover most tastes / dietary requirements but also quite basic. No mushrooms, hash browns, or fried bread available.
Room clean and comfortable but not over big
In a good location a few minutes walk from Kensington High Street. Excellent restaurant with good service in the arcade entrance to Kensington High Street tube. Would thoroughly recommend.
Close to shops and easy to travel around London from here.

“ The hotel massively exceeded my expectations! The parking was cheap (we decided to drive), there was a tube station a very short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants near by if you didn't want to stray too far. Harrods and other designer shops were a short distance (20 minute walk) and you cold walk to the museums if you fancied a stroll. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and polite and the room was clean and very spacious. You couldn't hear a lot when you were inside the rooms. We decided to have our evening meal in the hotel and it was delicious, I believe they serve till around 11.30pm and the staff are always there to help. We paid for breakfast with the room and that was a choice of continental and a full English and you could have as much as you wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again next time I'm in London!!
