The room was lovley. Bed very comfortable, linens good and feather pillows.expresso machine didn't work.restaurant I felt was a bit small for quite a big hotel.breakfast could have been hotter. Warm scrambled egg one morning. Different chef. Fab position for Covent Garden and Oxford street. Would stay again.
Top Tip: Steak and lobster restaurant . Very good value for money. Just round the corner.

rechecked that room had safe and was told yes. However, the room we were allocated didn't. Asked for a different room and was offered one that didn't have a wardrobe!! Eventually got safe in the original room which was on first floor, extremely dark and you couldn't even tell what the weather was like outside! Considering that we were here for five nights, not very acceptable.

Breakfast was good and location also good.

This hotel wax amazing and better than some 5* that I have stayed in. Every member of staff was warm and friendly and the attention to detail in the hotel ie the burning scented candles was lovely. It was my partners birthday and there was a cake and a birthday card in the room and they had given us a free upgrade, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and the choice was endless, none of this cold, strong perculated coffee you could have cappuccino, late etc. I think it's the best hotel breakfast I have ever had . Well done Bloomsbury I would not hesitate yo stay again
Top Tip: Centre point has a restaurant at the top of it called a Paramount, it has amazing views and the food was excellent. About a 5min walk.

We stayed in the Bloomsbury for three nights at the weekend and had a super time. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring London and for shopping. The street it is in is quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is lovely-very spacious, bright and clean and upmarket. I was particularly impressed by the Seamus Heaney library and the portraiture on the first floor. The library is a real find. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was superb with excellent service. A special mention must go to Maria for her unfailing politeness and cheerfulness.
I will definitely stay here again.
Top Tip: Oxford Street, the tube station and the main shops are just around the corner and well within walking distance.
