“ The fire alarm went off twice during the night 1am and 3.45 am - no explanations given by management and did not go out of their way to apologise for inconvenience for the false alarm. The fire exit at street level was not clear and there were no members of staff to be seen at fire exits. They were all already outside!

“ All well presented, as you'd expect from a good hotel in central London, in a great location on Thames embankment. On a one night stay, the room was small but comfortable and again well presented. What was nowhere near 5 star was noisy ineffective aircon/heating, and only single glazing, so it was difficult to sleep much in a room near a train station, finishing with a 6am wake-up call of dustbins full of bottles being tipped into collection trucks. Staff where very apologetic, offering upgrades for next time and recommending "ask for a quiet room" !! I doubt I'll see a next time there.

“ Fabulous hotel - nothing too much trouble for the staff. Location great just seconds from the nearest tube station. Great views from the room window over the River Thames and the London Eye.
