Margaret was very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for two nights as my family had rented a converted barn for the half term, so I spent most of my time with them. It was good value for the money and breakfast menu extensive
Top Tip: The Mussel Inn in the village was fantastic the nine of us had a delicious meal there and according to the men beer good.

Gabber Farm was clean and tidy, with the usual expected facilities. We had a family room - 1 double and 1 single bed - The room was small and the wardrobe facility was way below standard - The on -suite was also very small. By comparison our daughter had a double room that was better but again the on-suite was tiny. These places do not seem to cater for the larger persons which is a shame. Mine host was chatty without being in your face all the time. She provided an excellent choice of breakfast meals. This is a place I would recommend.
Top Tip: Vist Heybrook Bay and walk the coastal path round to Plymouth Sound the scenery is spectacular
