Our customer reviews

I have mixed views of the hotel. On checking in, it felt like every person was being told their room was nt available, although accepted this was before check in time. However, many people felt sceptical that this was due to the fact the staff were encouraging guests to eat in the restuarant and would be called when their rooms were available.
For me it took about 15 mins to find my booking as they said it had nt come through to them from a third party. Having had this happen at a different hotel, I travel alot, they simply checked me in gave me a key and said come back later and we will have sorted it, rather and make me wait 15 mins
The prices for wine felt a little high, i asked for a house wine and that was 8.50, which seemed a little steep.
The staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient, despite the 'restaurant promoting'. However as a disabled guest which was pointed out on check in, I was told to park in section 17, for my room in block 18. There were no blue disabled bays and my room was 1843 which was practically the furthest away. Could there be spaces in block 17 somewhere?
The rooms were well equipped and so was the pool area and the food very good. I did however get charged for somone elses meal by mistake which the staff promptly took off.
The staff said there no discounts for car parking for disabled travellers, although I was subsequently not charged. Think it was included in my booking, or they discounted it because of issues of the billing.
Having stayed at comparable hotels in the area, the parking has either been free or discounted.
Very good for the rates charged. But not as good for disabled travellers.
