This large three star hotel with its magnificent new garden is situated in the commercial area of Torremolinos and about 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the nearest public bus-stop and train.
Accommodation
AluaSoul Costa Malaga – Adults Only has 243 rooms. Each room comes complete with bathroom, central heating, direct telephone, satellite TV, balcony, safety-box to rent (local charge). Cleaning and towels change operates daily; bed linen is changed twice a week.
Food & Beverage
All meals are served in the main restaurant - buffet style serving local and international cuisines. The restaurant is air-conditioned. You can also enjoy a drink or two at the hotel?s bar or snack bar.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (14:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast coffee, tea, juices and fresh milk are offered. Lunch & dinner include starters, salad buffet, three different main dishes and four different deserts. Snack buffet with min. three different types of cold and warm snacks (sandwiches, chips, hamburgers, ice creams) is available from 11:30-13:00 & 15:30-18:00. From 17:00 to 18:00 cake, cookies and sweets are offered. Drinks are served at the pool or main bar from 10:30-23:00 (not in cafeteria in the bar located in reception hall). AI drinks include water, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, beer, red house wine and spirits such as rum, vodka, whiskey and other local products. Ice cream is also offered.
Sports & Leisure
The hotels pool is of a good size and is surrounded by an ample sunbathing area where sun-beds are provided free of charge, air-conditioning system is in most public area of the hotel, you will also find a games room, pool tables (coin operated), and a television area.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include daily activities like snooker, darts, table tennis, petanque, mini trips, shooting, aerobics, water activities, etc. Three professional shows per week (live music, flamenco, etc) are available as well.

A Centrally located hotel within Torremolinos town centre. Although this hotel has a 4* rating locally it is more of a 3*. The rooms are spacious and modern although other parts of the hotel are still a little dated. Comfortable beds and bright modern bathrooms with walk in shower. The food quality and the over crowding of the restaurant really does let the hotel down. It was a zoo in the restaurant. the staff struggled to keep the buffet replenished and it was not a good experience. Certainly not one I would expect of a 4* rating or one I would return for. Lifts are another major problem . Long waiting times for a lift and then unable to enter due to over crowding.
Staff seem overworked and stressed which also was not good. I stayed here in the very low season so I cant imagine what it would be like in the high season.

if like me you like a good cup of coffee in the morning I would suggest taking your own from the ukk and buy a cheap kettle from the shop near the hotel (euro) the coffee from the machine in the hotel is VILE and that is a polite way to put it. im sure its just a taste thing but best to take a tin of your fav

was our 2nd visit here and the room was great again, the staff friendly. not as busy as the summer but as we were trying to avoid Xmas this was perfect.

Food lukewarm. Coffee /tea machine only one working each morning. Just one bar staff and not good service. Entertainment for Spanish visitors. Although the entermaints person was very friendly

We have been coming to this hotel for over 12 years, and have seen a lot of changes the decor has improved, meals are now below average, but every year the price keeps going up and the service from the staff going down. Not friendly like what they used to be not very helpful at all.
