If you want to modify or cancel a flight plus hotel reservation made after 21 January 2026 , you must contact us and we will inform you about the terms and conditions of the purchased tickets.
Most economy class fares do not allow cancellations or modifications.
In the event of agreeing to the cancellation or modification policy for your fare, please send an email to the address provided by our agents confirming that you agree to the stated conditions and we will cancel or modify your reservation.

Flight + Hotel packages do not include airport-to- hotel transfer. During the purchase process, you can add it within the additional services offered to you depending on the destination.

Flight + Hotel packages do not include travel insurance. During the purchase process, you can add cancellation insurance or cancellation and assistance insurance (depending on the destination, it may only be cancellation and assistance insurance).

If your reservation was confirmed after 21 January 2026 : You can cancel it by accessing the cancellation link found in the confirmation email and from your profile under the Sign in section. If you want to modify your reservation, you can do so for free from your profile or by calling us on 0204 638 1120. If you request the cancellation or modification of your hotel by phone, there will be a management fee of GBP 12.
