Bad service. and unfriendly staff. not enough staff at the hotel and receptionist, not polite mangers at restaurant. some times we had to wait for the lift for over 10 minutes to get to our floor which is on 6 floor and that highs floor on hotel too noisy people was shunting until 4 am. and music at bar too loud until midnight too. very oily food and was not much healthy eating there. not comfortable beds.

Fantastic friendly hotel! Just got back this morning from a great holiday at the Best Oasis Hotel in Salou. Very clean hotel and the food was lovely and hot with lots of choice. Loved the freshly made to order omelettes at breakfast, stir try and turkey dinner was delicious. Nice touch on Friday gala being greeted with a rose at dinner. When you order a glass of wine they bring a full bottle and you can ask for a bottle at the bar to take to your room if you like. The snack bar is ok too but just serves the basics burger, hotdog toasties, chips. Big thank you to the lovely bar men Abdel and Kristobel you are amazing! The hotel is close to shops and bars and only a 10 minute stroll to the beach which is pleasant as there are lots of other restaurants, shops and bars along the way. Tropical night club and City hall are a few minutes down the road and Chaplins down the road to the left where you will find some tribute acts. The hotel has a hairdressers, indoor spa pool with Jacuzzis 5 euros and you can even have a massage for 48 euros. Outside there is the main pool, 2 small children's pool with slide and a small jacuzzi pool.

Food was awful,had to eat out every mealtime, accommodation very basic and extremely noisy all night long, would I go back not a cat in hell's chance!!!!!
