Holidays to Majorda
The leafy village of Majorda is made up of Portuguese villas and Hindi temples situated midst palm groves, paddy fields and a 25km long stretch of beach separated from the village by a stream crossed by bamboo bridges. Hindu legend tells the story of Lord Rama held captive on this beautiful beach in southern Goa. There are a few resorts on the beach, but it’s not nearly as busy as some.
